Job Description

You'll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Compensation:
$13.50 - $14.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in-person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, available rooms, rewards programs, and special requests General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Handle customer complaints as necessary Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises, distribute keys and room assignments, and record credit card information Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready Must be 21 with a valid driver's license and be able to drive the hotel shuttle Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours during a typical shift Please only apply if you meet each of these criteria About Company Founded in 2005, Rolling Hills Hospitality operates 20 hotel properties with a central focus on exceeding guest expectations.
