Job Description

Position Summary The Front Desk Agent is the face of The Ashbrook Hotel, responsible for creating a warm, seamless, and personalized guest experience from arrival to departure. This role blends hospitality, organization, and attention to detail to ensure every guest interaction reflects the hotel's boutique standards. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience Greet guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Provide personalized recommendations for local dining, attractions, and services Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction Front Desk Operations Manage reservations, room assignments, and special requests Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a timely manner Process payments, verify billing, and maintain accurate guest records Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Administrative Support Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area Assist with daily reports, logs, and shift handoffs Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and service standards Qualifications Previous hospitality, customer service, or front desk experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy Comfortable using hotel systems (PMS), POS systems, and basic office software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Schedule & Availability Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join The Ashbrook Hotel Be part of a boutique hotel focused on elevated, personalized service Work in a collaborative and guest-centric environment Opportunities for advancement within the Front Office and broader hotel operations
