About the Role General Hotels Corporation is seeking a friendly, professional, and hospitality-driven Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the face of the hotel, you'll play a key role in creating memorable first impressions and delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing service that keeps guests coming back. Whether you're helping a guest find local attractions, resolving a concern, or simply greeting someone with a smile, you'll have a direct impact on the overall guest experience. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude Complete guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly Assist guests with reservations, room requests, and special accommodations Process guest payments and maintain accurate billing records Handle guest concerns professionally and work toward positive resolutions Maintain accurate guest information and room assignments Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready front desk environment Follow company policies, brand standards, and operational procedures Support overall hotel operations as needed What You'll Bring Previous customer service experience required Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred, but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities Basic computer proficiency and phone skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Why You'll Love It Here At General Hotels Corporation, we believe hospitality is about creating experiences that make guests feel welcome, comfortable, and valued.
