Hotel Rooms Controller We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Hotel Rooms Controller to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of room management, maximizing occupancy, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage room availability, reservations, and occupancy levels to optimize hotel revenue Coordinate with front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and address any issues promptly Update and maintain accurate records of room status, bookings, and cancellations in the property management system Assist in forecasting room demand and adjusting inventory accordingly Handle guest inquiries related to reservations and room availability professionally and efficiently Ensure compliance with hotel policies and standards related to room management Prepare reports on occupancy rates, revenue, and other key performance indicators for management review

Skills and Qualifications:
