In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring their stay is smooth, enjoyable, and seamless. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will shine as you manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries, and maintain the safety and security of the property overnight. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hotel management skills while delivering exceptional guest services in a lively resort environment. The shifts are 11pm -7am audit Friday and Saturday. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy of all guest accounts Provide outstanding guest services by addressing requests, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks to ensure the well-being of guests and staff during overnight hours Maintain detailed logs of incidents, arrivals, departures, and other relevant activities to ensure smooth operations overnight Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and facility concerns promptly Skills Strong background in hospitality management with previous hotel experience preferred Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for effective communication with diverse guests Proficiency in front desk operations, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel management software is a plus Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on creating positive experiences Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism at all times This role is ideal for energetic individuals passionate about hospitality who thrive in fast-paced environments.
