Front Desk Agent

The Hampton Inn in Oak Grove, KY is now hiring for a Front Desk Agent for the hours of 7 am-3 pm and 3 pm-11 pm, 4 days a week with both shifts combined working two 7 am-3 pm and two 3 pm-11 pm shifts. Individual must be flexible and available to work any day of the week including weekends and holidays . Individual also must be mature, dependable, present a positive attitude and energetic with

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS.

Salary is based on experience. Hotel experience is a plus+. PEP experience is a plus+.

Skills, Education Background and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous Front Desk experienced highly preferred.
• Prior experience using windows-based software including Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work well and collaborate with others.
• Superior customer service skills.
• May be required to stand for an extended period of time.
• Able to work a flexible schedule.
• Pay increase within 30-90 days.
