Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact, delivering exceptional customer service while managing guest check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries with professionalism and warmth. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will ensure smooth operations at the front desk, setting the tone for a welcoming environment that guests will want to return to time and again. Be able to work all shifts: 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am Holidays and weedkends Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions. Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly, directing them appropriately. Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly. Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy. Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experience and satisfaction. Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication standards at all times. Support guest relations efforts by providing personalized service that exceeds expectations. Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a passion for creating positive guest interactions. Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is preferred. Experience with night audit procedures or hotel accounting is a plus. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a resort or hospitality environment.
