What We're Looking For:
We're searching for bright, personable, and energetic individuals to join our front desk team. If you love meeting new people, solving problems with a smile, and being the face of a hotel that's all about personality and comfort—this is the role for you.
What You'll Do:
Greet guests with genuine warmth and a positive attitude Assist with check-ins, check-outs, and everything in between Offer local tips, directions, and that extra touch of Southern hospitality Handle guest requests and resolve concerns quickly and kindly Keep the lobby lively, clean, and welcoming
Qualifications:
A friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Strong communication and multitasking skills Flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends/holidays) Previous Hilton or hotel experience is a plus, but not required Must be comfortable standing for an extended period (8 hour shift)
