Job Description

Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Office Agent, where you will lead the front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This pivotal role involves overseeing guest check-in and check-out processes, managing guest relations, and ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. As a key ambassador for our hotel, you will coordinate daily front desk activities, assist General Manager, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality. Your energetic leadership will create a welcoming environment that leaves guests eager to return. Coordinate and lead all front desk operations, including guest registration, reservations, and billing procedures Lead and motivate your peers to deliver outstanding guest services with enthusiasm and professionalism Manage multi-line phone systems and ensure prompt, courteous phone etiquette at all times Oversee night audit procedures to reconcile daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude and swift resolution skills Maintain a seamless flow of communication between departments to enhance overall guest experience Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and hospitality regulations to uphold service excellence Assist General Manager in day to day duties Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on customer service excellence Marriott experience A MUST, all aspects of Marriott brand operations Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency preferred to serve diverse guests effectively Exceptional guest relations skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully Experience in night audit procedures is highly desirable Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills essential for engaging with guests and team members Prior hotel experience in a Marriott hospitality environment is advantageous.
