Full-Time Front Desk Associate As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Associate plays a key role in creating a welcoming and positive campground experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries Manage reservations and campground bookings Process payments and maintain accurate records Provide information about campground amenities, policies, and local attractions Assist with general office and administrative tasks Maintain a clean and organized front office area Requirements Must pass background check Strong customer service and communication skills General computer skills and comfort learning reservation software Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Previous office, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is a plus Benefits Competitive pay for all hours worked Free or discounted RV site (if applicable) Generous yearly PTO Career-like benefits Matching 401k (after 6 months of employment)
