Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently Manage guest inquiries via phone and in person, providing outstanding customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly to ensure satisfaction Maintain security protocols by monitoring CCTV systems, conducting patrols, and controlling access to the property during overnight hours Utilize multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to communicate effectively with guests and team members Support front desk operations by managing reservations, updating guest information, and coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a fast-paced environment Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging with our diverse guest base Familiarity with night audit procedures and hotel management software is desirable Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system proficiency Experience working in hospitality management roles that emphasize guest relations and hospitality standards Join us to deliver exceptional guest experiences through energetic service, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality!
