In this vital role, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance of guest areas and public spaces. Your proactive approach will contribute to creating a welcoming and pristine environment for all visitors and staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality setting where attention to detail and a positive attitude are highly valued. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of hallways, lobbies, and public areas using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet care to ensure a spotless appearance Assist with hotel setup and breakdown for breakfast as needed. Restock supplies such as linens, toiletries, and cleaning materials to ensure availability at all times Support housekeeping management by reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly Ensure compliance with health and safety standards by following proper cleaning procedures and sanitation protocols Complete janitorial and custodial tasks across the property to uphold high cleanliness standards Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments preferred Previous hotel or industrial cleaning experience is highly desirable Strong understanding of hospitality standards and customer service principles Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Flexibility to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Join us in creating an inviting atmosphere where guests feel comfortable and cared for!
