In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth daily activities. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer support skills in a professional setting. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming atmosphere Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and courteously, directing calls efficiently Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using digital tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette and customer support skills Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing files Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Provide administrative support including typing reports, managing office supplies, and supporting personal assistant duties Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Experience in customer service or customer support roles that require active listening and problem-solving skills Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, proofreading, calendar management, and record keeping Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in data entry and documentation Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is a plus for understanding specialized environments Basic bookkeeping skills using QuickBooks or similar software are advantageous Join us as a Front Desk Agent to be the friendly face that keeps our operations running smoothly!
