Front Desk & Facility Team Member (Part-Time) Acadiana Serves | Beaver Park & Thomas Park | Lafayette, LA At Acadiana Serves, our Standard is simple: every player who walks through our doors finds their first or next step in tennis here — and never needs to go anywhere else. That means clean courts, a welcoming environment, and a team that treats every interaction as a chance to make someone's day better. We're looking for a dependable, organized, customer-focused team member to help us deliver on that Standard every single shift — at the front desk and around the facility. What You'll Do Customer Service & Front Desk Welcome members and guests in a friendly, professional manner Open and close the facility following established procedures Schedule court reservations and program registrations using our booking software Process payments and basic transactions accurately Answer phone calls, emails, and customer questions Keep the front desk and pro shop clean, organized, and welcoming Facility Operations Help prepare courts for daily play, including light maintenance tasks Run court dryers after rain when needed Blow leaves and debris from courts and walkways Monitor courts to help ensure they stay clean, safe, and ready for play Assist with general upkeep, such as securing windscreens Growth Opportunities (as you develop in the role) Learn to string tennis rackets (training provided) Support administrative projects and recordkeeping Contribute to marketing materials, social media, or website updates using tools like Canva Help refine and document our Standard Operating Procedures Qualifications We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and dependable Detail-oriented and highly organized Comfortable using computers and learning new software Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated and able to work independently Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors throughout the shift Preferred (not required): Customer service or front desk experience Microsoft Office experience Canva or basic graphic design Website or social media experience Schedule Shifts are generally within the following windows (exact days/hours discussed at interview):
