Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Quality Inn. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service, ensuring smooth check-ins, and maintaining Choice Hotels' high standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities Greet, check in, and check out guests efficiently while ensuring a warm, welcoming environment. Manage reservations, walk-ins, and room assignments using the hotel property management system. Process payments, handle cash drawer balances, and issue room keys accurately. Answer phone calls professionally, routing inquiries, taking messages, and handling group booking questions. Resolve guest complaints or requests promptly and professionally, coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams when necessary. Promote and enroll guests in the Choice Privileges rewards program. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area.
Qualifications & Skills Experience:
1+ years of customer service or hotel front desk experience preferred (Choice Hotels experience is a major plus).
Tech Skills:
Basic computer proficiency required. Experience with hotel PMS software (like ChoiceAdvantage) is highly preferred but we will train the right candidate.
Communication:
Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to remain calm under pressure during peak check-in hours.
Availability:
Must be flexible to work shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
