Job Summary Join our vibrant hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, Breakfast Attendant, and Night Auditor! In this dynamic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You will manage guest inquiries, coordinate breakfast service, and oversee overnight operations with professionalism and enthusiasm. Your multitasking skills and hospitality expertise will create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining smooth hotel operations around the clock. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing efficient check-in and check-out services using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with a positive attitude and effective problem-solving skills Manage breakfast service areas, ensuring cleanliness, proper setup, and timely replenishment of food and beverages Conduct night audits by reconciling daily financial transactions, updating reports, and ensuring accuracy in all records Maintain multi-line phone systems to answer guest calls promptly, providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions Enforce hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety during incidents or evacuations Assist with guest relations by providing personalized service and fostering a welcoming environment for diverse clientele, including multilingual and bilingual guests Support hotel management in daily operations, including reservation management and guest data entry Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with familiarity in property management systems such as OPERA or equivalent PMS software Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem resolution Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and client communication across multi-line phone systems Ability to work independently during night shifts while maintaining high attention to detail during night audits Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest security at all times Experience with resort environments or large-scale hotels is a plus for understanding complex guest needs and operations Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting Join us in creating memorable experiences for our guests!
