Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment. Experience with PEP Computer application will move you to the top of the line. Shifts being are covered are 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm rotating between the two. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Check guests in and out efficiently, handling reservations and providing information about hotel amenities and services. Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally to enhance their experience. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, take messages, and provide information as needed. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring accurate reporting of daily transactions. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner. Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations. Provide support for special requests or events, ensuring all guest needs are met during their stay. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Strong guest relations skills with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus. candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance communication with diverse guests. Ability to operate phone systems effectively and manage front desk operations smoothly. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing reservations and guest information. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
