We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team at Candlewood Suites New Iberia. The ideal candidate will have open availability and be able to work shift work to include nights and weekends.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist guests with check-outs, including processing payments and providing receipts. Answer phone calls and emails, addressing guest inquiries and reservations. Manage guest requests, concerns, and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution. Maintain accurate guest records and billing information. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for check-in. Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience. Assist with booking reservations and providing local recommendations. Uphold the hotel's policies and procedures while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS) is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Availability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays
