Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this vital role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries via multi-line phone systems, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a memorable stay for our guests while supporting the overall efficiency of our hotel. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their stay Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, make reservations, and direct calls efficiently Check guests in and out using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and promptness Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and updating spreadsheets using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Handle clerical tasks including proofreading, word processing, and managing guest correspondence with professionalism Assist with office management duties like calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar tools Support client communication by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously while maintaining excellent phone etiquette Must be available for all shifts. Qualifications Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or front desk roles within hospitality. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, data entry, spreadsheets, and productivity software Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone communication abilities Bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse guest populations Experience with multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and office experience is highly desirable Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is advantageous Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy Join us as a Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests!
