Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and responsible Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor to join our team. The Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for greeting guests and maintaining the front desk while the Night Auditor will be responsible for monitoring guest room doors at night to ensure their safety, performing nightly audits, ensuring room keys are distributed correctly, monitoring security camera footage and ensuring that their department has ample supplies.
Answer telephones and respond to guest requests.
Responsibilities:
Accommodate guests when they arrive to the hotel. Conduct nightly audits of cash and guest records. Take reservations over the telephone or via the internet. Send e-mails to customers about upcoming events.,Host special events for guests.:Answer telephones and respond to guest requests.
