Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk operations by processing room sales and delivering professional guest service experiencesAddress guest inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractionsComplete guest registration procedures, including registration forms and computer system entriesFacilitate guest check-in and check-out processes, including key distributionProcess guest payments and maintain accurate transaction records during shift reconciliationCollaborate with Executive Hosts to ensure consistent and high-quality guest experiencesGenerate and maintain operational reports and system documentationReconcile daily transactions and financial records at shift conclusionExecute manual procedures during system downtime to maintain operational continuitySupport management with special projects and additional duties as assignedQualifications•
Qualifications:
