Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for our guests and maintaining the high standards of our hotel or resort. Experience in hospitality management, multilingual abilities, and strong customer service skills are highly valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy Maintain guest relations by ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay Perform night audit responsibilities as needed, including balancing accounts and preparing reports Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready and well-maintained Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with guests via phone or in person Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, billing, and record keeping Requirements Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred; hospitality or resort experience is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns effectively Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems preferred Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, or holidays as needed Professional appearance and demeanor aligned with hospitality standards Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join our team to deliver memorable guest experiences through exceptional service and hospitality excellence.
