  • Part-time The award-winning Berkshire Fairfield Inn & Suites Great Barrington by Marriott is seeking a friendly, outgoing individual who loves assisting others just as much as we do.
The ideal Front Desk candidate must be able to multi-task, work in a group setting and enjoy working alone, and be detail-oriented. The qualified candidate will be responsible for administering excellent customer service, checking guests in and out of the hotel in compliance with Marriott's Standards, and being responsive to guests' needs and requests.

Job Requirements:
Must have good communication, phone, and hospitality skills. Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and front desk area. Provide guests with room and hotel information, directions, amenities, and local interests. You may be required to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to or equal to 50 pounds without assistance. Weekends required. Previous hotel experience is a plus, but not required. The hotel is non-smoking to all associates while on the property. Must be able to work in a busy environment and multitask Looking for candidates that live within approximately 20 miles of the hotel.
