Hotel Front Desk/ Night Audit (min 1-year exp req) Hampton Inn & Suites North Attleboro North Attleboro, MA Job Details $17.75 - $19.00 an hour 4 hours ago Full Job Description Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hotel Front Desk/Night Audit professional with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic hospitality team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver exceptional guest services while managing the night audit process, ensuring smooth operations during overnight hours. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a passion for hospitality excellence. If you are motivated to create memorable guest experiences and have a background in hotel management, this position is perfect for you! The hrs will be 3-11PM and 11PM-7AM. Please only apply if you can do these hrs. Thank you!!! Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and efficient check-in and check-out services. Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously. Conduct the night audit process, reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports for management review. Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software. Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building. Ensure the security of the property by monitoring CCTV surveillance and conducting routine security checks during overnight shifts. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and ensure a seamless stay experience. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a minimum of one year in a similar role. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively. Knowledge of hotel management systems and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems. Experience with night audit procedures, guest relations, and front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure clear and courteous interactions at all times. Ability to work independently during overnight hours while maintaining attention to detail and security protocols.
