We are looking for an organized, professional "people-person" to work at the Front Desk. The ideal candidate can self-supervise and manage their time well. You will be responsible for checking guests in and out; answering the phones; making reservations; handling billing inquiries; resolving complaints; recommending local eateries, events, and attractions; etc. You will, also, handle all types of guest requests and issues, help with laundry, and keep up with some light cleaning in the lobby and public areas of the hotel. This is the perfect job for someone looking to supplement their full time income with a second job, or someone with limited availability during the week. Weekend availability is a MUST! Training can be done weekday evenings and on weekends so as not to interfere with any existing commitments.
Job Requirements:
Must be an outgoing, positive, friendly person. Must have a polished presentation with professional communication skills. Prior face-to-face customer experience. Previous hotel experience. Must have reliable transportation. Computer experience is a plus. Ability to stand for the duration of your shifts is a must. If interested please reply with your resume. Thank you.
