Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, professional Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality management, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently. Bilingual abilities and hotel management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline front desk operations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and cancellations accurately and efficiently Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy in hotel management systems Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly Process payments and manage billing transactions securely Assist with night audit procedures when required Support guest relations by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience Uphold hotel policies and standards to ensure guest satisfaction and safety Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with front desk software, multi-line phone systems, and reservation platforms is desirable Experience in resort or hotel environments, especially in guest services or night audit roles, is advantageous Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and courtesy This position offers an engaging work environment within the hospitality industry, emphasizing guest relations and service excellence.
