The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently. Experience in hotel management or guest relations is preferred, along with bilingual abilities to assist diverse clientele. The Front Desk Associate plays a vital role in maintaining guest satisfaction and operational excellence within our resort or hotel setting. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and requests with professionalism and courtesy Manage phone etiquette and respond promptly to guest communications via phone, email, or in person Assist with guest services such as providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing, and special requests Support night audit procedures when required to ensure smooth overnight operations Uphold high standards of hospitality management and guest relations to foster positive experiences Experience Prior experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or customer service within the hospitality industry is preferred. Bilingual skills are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse guests Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, and guest service best practices preferred Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism and tact Familiarity with hotel management software and reservation systems is advantageous Previous experience working night shifts or in resort environments will be considered an asset
