Front Desk Agent (Full-Time & Part-Time) Uncommoner Hotel - West Yarmouth, MA (Cape Cod) Now hiring Full-Time and Part-Time team members About Us Uncommoner Hotel is a new 100-room boutique hotel on Cape Cod focused on creating memorable guest experiences—not just stays. Our property blends hospitality, events, food & beverage, and wellness into one unique destination.
On-site amenities include:
Outdoor pool & lounge areas Poolside spritz bar Gypsy Sol - Mediterranean small plates restaurant Café Arcana - café + wellness-inspired space Outdoor event spaces & tents Live music, yoga, and tarot-inspired events Position Overview We're hiring Front Desk Agents to be the face of the hotel. This role goes beyond traditional front desk duties—you'll help shape the guest experience from arrival to departure. Ideal for hospitality students or anyone looking to grow in hotels, events, or guest services.
