Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere. Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while ensuring accuracy in guest information. Manage reservations and accommodate guest requests, including room changes and special needs. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and dining options to enhance the guest experience. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism. Maintain front desk operations, including managing multi-line phone systems and ensuring phone etiquette is upheld. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold high standards of guest relations by maintaining a clean and organized front desk area. Skills Strong background in hospitality management with experience in hotel or resort settings preferred. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse guests. Proficient in front desk operations, including night audit procedures and managing multi-line phone systems. Exceptional phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to foster positive guest relations. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in guest services or related roles is an advantage.
