Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Front Desk Associate to serve as the welcoming face of our hospitality establishment. In this vital role, you will create a positive first impression for guests, manage guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk. Your enthusiasm and excellent customer service skills will help foster a warm, inviting environment where guests feel valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering exceptional guest experiences. We are looking to fill our night audit position. Duties Greet guests warmly and professionally, providing a friendly first point of contact for all visitors Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries promptly, and direct calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle guest check-ins and check-outs accurately, ensuring all information is correctly recorded in the hotel management system Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their stay experience Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest-related materials are readily available Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs promptly Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management Provide guest relations support by resolving issues swiftly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations is preferred Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for engaging with guests and team members Previous experience with night audit procedures or resort environments is a plus Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing multiple tasks efficiently Join our team to be part of a dynamic hospitality environment where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
