Full-Time Dispensary Agent (Front Desk, Budtender, Scaler & Front Door) for Linthicun Green Point Wellness is a locally owned and operated medical cannabis dispensary, offering benefits to patients from three different locations. DUTIES (include but not limited to): Daily dispensary operations; consulting with patients, answering phones, educating and informing patients while maintaining compliant with COMAR regulations. Provide high quality customer service to all patients. Verify patient profiles with the state tracking and point of sale system. Filing of important documents and other clerical tasks. Understand and learn our inventory and point of sale system. Cash management Engage with patients, visitors, and staff members with a positive upbeat attitude. Execute dispensary protocols, while ensuring the store is well maintained Maintain a safe and clean environment. Flexibility with working all positions; front desk, budtender, scale and front door. Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Minimum of 21 years old, no drug-related charges, drug screen and background check. Minimum 2 years customer service is preferred Previous retail experience in a fast-paced environment if preferred Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required (flexible schedule). Must be reliable and hardworking. Our employees should embody our value as a company with a professional appearance.
