The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hotel management operations, and the ability to handle guest inquiries with professionalism. Bilingual abilities and hospitality management experience are highly valued to enhance guest relations and support our diverse clientele. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently. Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities. Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay. Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system. Assist with night audit procedures as needed, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance. Uphold phone etiquette standards while managing guest communications professionally. Support guest relations by providing local information, concierge services, and addressing special requests. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are prepared for new guests. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Bilingual abilities (e.g., English/Spanish) are highly desirable to serve a diverse guest demographic. Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is advantageous. Experience working in a resort or hotel environment is preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques, are essential for success in this role.
