The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks efficiently. Evening and overnight shift only. 3pm - 11pm and 11pm -7am Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using the POS system. Handle reservations, cancellations, and modifications with accuracy. Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area. Assist in supervising stock levels of office supplies and promotional materials. Perform basic math calculations for transactions and reports. Conduct product demos for guests when necessary to enhance their experience. Utilize phone etiquette to manage incoming calls professionally. Experience Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a retail or grocery store environment. Familiarity with cash registers and handling financial transactions is essential. Experience with supervising staff or managing small teams is a plus. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances communication with diverse guests. Basic knowledge of retail sales techniques will be beneficial in promoting services effectively.
