• Washington DC/BWI Airport location is seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team! We are currently seeking a Full-Time front desk GSR to become the face of our property. Candidates must be available for weekends and holidays. We are looking for individuals that can be open for the following shifts: First Shift
• 7am to 3pm
• 2-3 shifts per week Second Shift
• 3pm-11pm
• 2-3 shifts per week

Requirements:

At least 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. Hotel front desk experience preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills Reliable and detailed

Professional appearance and demeanor. Attention to detail and accuracy when handling reservations, payments, and guest information. Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. What does a day as a front desk GSR look like? Welcomes guests and assist them with their stay, including checking in/out, wake up/courtesy calls, and handling guest concerns and requests. Take reservation requests and adjusting reservations as needed. Works with Hotel Management and other team members to provide an excellent guest experience. Use our front desk computer system to complete customer transactions and run reports. Communicate with the housekeeping team to be aware of room availability or guests. Full Time Benefits
