Preferred candidates have experience in a service role or hospitality. Brite Orthodontics creates beautiful smiles and lasting relationships. We seek a friendly, detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills. No experience necessary. Bilingual abilities are a plus.

What You Will Do:

Schedule patients and manage appointments Answer and screen calls, take messages Greet patients and manage check-ins Follow up on no-shows and emergencies Maintain and update patient records Process payments and handle office supplies Assist in schedule management and patient communication

About You:

Good interpersonal and communication skills Effective problem-solving and gentle persuasion abilities Basic writing and computer skills Team player with a pleasant attitude
