Job Description
## Job Summary We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. ## Responsibilities
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate department
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently
- Process reservations and cancellations accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and breakfast room.
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions
- Multitasking ## Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
