Join the guest services team at our historic hotel in Kennebunkport as a Front Desk Agent. We are seeking an enthusiastic, professional, and hospitality-driven individual who enjoys creating memorable guest experiences in a welcoming coastal setting. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service from check-in to check-out while representing the charm and character of one of Maine's most beloved seaside destinations. Responsibilities include greeting and assisting guests, managing reservations and guest accounts, answering questions about hotel amenities and local attractions, handling phone and online inquiries, and ensuring each guest enjoys a comfortable and seamless stay. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates effectively, and is committed to providing warm, personalized service with attention to detail. This position offers flexible scheduling, opportunities for professional growth, and the unique experience of working in a historic hospitality property surrounded by the shops, restaurants, and scenic waterfront beauty of Kennebunkport. Weekend and holiday availability is required during peak travel seasons.
