Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure seamless operations at our vibrant hotel. In this pivotal role, you'll be the first point of contact during the shift, managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and maintaining the integrity of financial records. Your proactive approach will contribute to an exceptional guest experience, ensuring safety, accuracy, and hospitality excellence. Responsibilities Conduct transactions using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA and other hotel reservation platforms to ensure accuracy and completeness. Manage front desk operations during your shift, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments with professionalism and efficiency. Respond promptly to guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems and in person, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues with problem-solving skills. Monitor hotel security by performing CCTV surveillance, conducting safety inspections, and following emergency procedures to ensure guest and staff safety. Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs. Handle guest requests with a friendly attitude, offering concierge services such as local information or special accommodations to enhance their stay. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any issues that may arise.

From $20.00 per hour
