Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in hotel management or guest services is highly valued. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate records. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and efficiently. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette at all times. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any service needs. Maintain organized front desk area, including managing reservations and updating guest information as needed. Experience Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with front desk operations, including night audit processes, is advantageous. Proficient in using multi-line phone systems and other office equipment. A background in resort settings is beneficial but not mandatory.
