Overview 3PM-11PM SHIFT Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Guest Service Agent, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. Your energetic approach and exceptional customer service skills will help foster a warm, inviting environment that keeps guests coming back. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while delivering top-tier guest relations. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented mindset Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately to optimize occupancy Assist guests with luggage, directions, local recommendations, and other concierge services Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and special requests to ensure seamless service Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating via phone or email, ensuring clear and courteous communication at all times Requirements Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles within the hospitality industry or hotel management preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations effectively Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures is a plus Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous hotel experience or familiarity with resort operations enhances your suitability for this role Passion for hospitality management and delivering exceptional guest services with attention to detail Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm makes a difference!
