Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and must provide excellent customer service in a hotel setting.Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out efficiently
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Assist with night audit procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a front desk or hotel setting is preferred
- Proficiency in phone systems and basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management practices
- Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with attention to detail
