LOBBY ATTENDANT

Job Summary DoubleTree by Hilton Bay City - Riverfront is looking for dependable and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Lobby Attendants. In this role, you'll help create a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for our guests from the moment they arrive. This position requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, and reliability. Availability for 3-5 days per week, including weekends and holidays, is required. What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good communication and customer service abilities Reliable with the ability to meet deadlines Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays What You'll Do Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby, including sweeping, mopping, organizing seating areas, and restocking supplies Keep the pool area clean, organized, and fully stocked with towels Monitor and maintain all public areas, including restrooms and meeting spaces Respond to guest questions and requests in a friendly and timely manner Deliver guest amenities and special request items as needed Help ensure all spaces feel welcoming and well cared for Benefits Meal benefits and employee discounts Hilton Team Member Travel Program Opportunities for growth and advancement

Pay:

$13.75 - $16.00 per hour
