Job Description

Overview As a Guest Service Agent , you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by issuing season passes and lift tickets to guests and team members, and completing accurate ticket sales transactions. You will also assist with general inquiries regarding rates and resort policies, lesson bookings, seasonal locker rentals, and other resort-specific questions. Responsibilities The Guest Service Agent's typical job functions include but are not limited to: Issuing season passes and lift tickets to guests and team members Providing accurate lift ticket pricing options to guests Completing credit card, and voucher-based transactions through the point-of-sale computer system Handling general inquiries regarding rates and resort policies Providing general information on resort amenities and answering resort-related questions Suggesting resort activities and restaurants Addressing guest inquiries in person Helping book snowsports lessons and checking availability Processing seasonal locker rental payments Performing other duties as assigned As a member of the Boyne Mountain team, you will be expected to embody our

Serve First From addressing in-person inquiries to suggesting resort activities and restaurants, your role exists to help guests have the best possible experience at Boyne Mountain, before, during, and after they hit the slopes. Qualifications You are at least 18 years old You have achieved a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) You are available to work days , evenings, weekends, and holidays You enjoy a fast-paced work environment You are interested in a customer service-based position and are friendly and outgoing You are flexible and able to multi-task You are willing to perform other tasks assigned You are able to stand for long periods of time
