Job Description

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our guests have a positive experience and feel welcome from the moment they arrive.
Duties:
  • Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
  • Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate guest records and ensure confidentiality of personal information
  • Assist with reservations, cancellations, and modifications
  • Process payments and maintain a balanced cash drawer
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Skills:
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of hotel software is a plus (PEP) we will train
  • Previous experience in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred
Pay:
$15.00
