Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay. Duties:

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Assist guests with reservations, room changes, and special requests
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Perform night audit duties as needed

Skills:

• Strong hospitality skills with a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service
• Proficient in operating phone systems and other front desk equipment
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
• Familiarity with guest relations best practices
• Bilingual skills (if applicable) are highly desirable
