Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls efficiently and courteously using proper phone etiquette. Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office. Handle data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and support administrative functions. Assist with office management tasks such as supply inventory, mail distribution, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software. Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries via phone or email, providing helpful information, and escalating issues when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while managing clerical responsibilities such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation. Qualifications Must have Hotel Front Desk Experience. Advantage to candidates who have worked at a Marriott, IHG, or Hilton property. Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior clerical or administrative experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Experience with front desk operations in medical or dental settings is a plus; familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous. Strong typing skills along with attention to detail for proofreading documents accurately. Knowledge of office management software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is beneficial.
