- Manage the day-to-day front desk operations of the facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a welcoming and professional office environment.
- Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with storage inquiries.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Report all maintenance, safety, and operational concerns promptly to the Operations Manager.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment, as well as the property's overall cleanliness, including the exterior grounds.
- Open and close the office according to company procedures.
- Maintain an accurate cash/change drawer and prepare daily bank deposits.
- Organize, file, and maintain tenant records and required documentation.
- Utilize facility management software to process customer accounts, payments, and other daily transactions.
- Assist with administrative projects, data organization, and general office support as assigned.
- Prepare reports and other documentation as requested by management.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support daily facility operations.

- Professional, dependable, and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Native or fluent English proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new software applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Must be available to work every Saturday.
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20-30 pounds on an occasional basis.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, banking, office administration, self-storage, or property management is preferred but not required. Language
- Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
