The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, assist guests professionally, and ensure smooth hotel operations throughout the overnight shift.

Schedule Saturday:

11:00 PM - 7:00

AM Sunday:

11:00 PM - 7:00

AM Total:

16 hours per week Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service. Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations. Answer phone calls and respond to guest questions and concerns. Process guest payments and maintain accurate records. Monitor hotel activity and help maintain a safe and secure environment. Complete nightly reports and basic front desk paperwork. Perform night audit duties and verify daily transactions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby areas. Respond to guest requests and handle emergencies appropriately. Communicate important information to management and the morning shift. Follow all hotel policies and procedures. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Reliable, punctual, and responsible. Basic computer skills. Ability to multitask and solve problems professionally. Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required. Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday overnight shifts.
