GUEST SERVICES ATTENDANT

Harbor House Inn in Grand Haven is seeking a dependable third-shift team member to help keep our bed-and-breakfast running smoothly overnight.

Responsibilities include:

Finalizing late guest check-ins and assisting overnight guests Answering guest questions and addressing reasonable requests Washing, drying, folding and organizing laundry Preparing the breakfast area and completing basic breakfast prep Performing light cleaning and restocking Monitoring the property and completing assigned overnight tasks Communicating important guest or property information to the morning staff The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, comfortable working independently and able to provide friendly, professional guest service. Hospitality experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Applicants must take attendance and punctuality seriously.
