The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for the hospitality industry. Duties Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage front desk operations, including check-ins and check-outs, while maintaining accurate guest records. Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently, providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Operate multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist with reservations or guest services. Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction and address any issues promptly. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to hotel standards of presentation. Assist in managing guest relations, resolving complaints or concerns in a professional manner. Qualifications Previous experience in hotel management or front desk roles is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance communication with our international guests. Familiarity with hospitality management software is advantageous, knowlwdge of Fosse is a plus . Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing bookings and guest information. A genuine passion for hospitality and guest services, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
